Along came the weights course and I knew it was the perfect starting point to learn how to lift weights using the correct technique and using the muscle groups I wanted to use. Ian set up the Injury clinic 5 years ago and it started as a small part-time business helping people become pain free.

Since then we have become the fitness clinic and have been in our current location in Wokingham for over a year still helping people become pain free but now we also help women aged between 30-50 begin an exercise program for the first time and give them not only confidence to achieve their health and fitness goals but the tools to do so as well.

We are now a team of 3 and have all bases covered from nutrition to exercise and how to sustain your training and make it part of your LIFESTYLE
